Zhuzhou CRRC Logistics Co., Ltd., a professional third-party logistics company affiliated to CRRC, mainly serves the production and manufacturing of the Group and undertakes external market logistics business demands. There are more than 100,000m2 of high-standard warehouses and ground warehouses in the company. Meanwhile, the freight railway directly connects to the park, paving a good foundation for logistics resources.
In October 2020, Fablog accepted the commission of CRRC Logistics and launched the planning. Taking the existing business scenario of CRRC Logistics as the basis and combining with the potential growth points of future business, Fablog conducted the overall design of the logistics operation plan. The project covers two stages. The first stage is to analyze the current situation, shortcomings, and future expectations of Zhuzhou CRRC Logistics through personnel interviews, data collection and analysis, and field research. The second stage plans the overall logistics operation plan mainly through data calculation and scheme planning.
The design module includes many contents, including standard working hours, resource optimization, standard process, process control, information base, and personnel training. Through planning to improve the standardization and lean level of logistics operation, Fablog is capable of effectively supporting the business development of Zhuzhou CRRC Logistics Co., Ltd., where the warehouse area is optimized in 6,740m2, and the comprehensive utilization rate is increased by 25.4%.
