Mixue was established in Zhengzhou in 1997. After more than 20 years of development, the total number of stores nationwide has exceeded 20,000, covering 31 provinces (cities and autonomous regions) and Mixue is actively exploring overseas markets. Meanwhile, Mixue has built a fully automated production workshop and a modern logistics center to improve the service level, and has continuously accelerated the information construction and intelligent operation.
To comprehensively ensure the service experience of customers and timely serve each customer, Mixue has built several regional warehousing service centers nationwide, and it reached a two-year logistics strategic planning and implementation support cooperation with Fablog Logistics Consulting in July 2021, involving the comprehensive evaluation and optimization guidance (hereinafter referred to as “Warehouse Optimization”) for the operation links of warehousing service centers in various regions.
After being entrusted, Fablog comprehensively combined with the geographical location of each warehousing service center, and conducted the warehouse optimization work in accordance with the north-south division in the country. Until now, the southern district has completed the optimization and improvement of warehouses in Changsha, Nanning and Fuzhou.
The core work contents of warehouse optimization: concern warehouse layout optimization, personnel training, visual management, standardized management, cold storage construction scheme (cold storage reconstruction in normal temperature warehouse), warehouse configuration handover process, and improvement.
The content of warehouse layout optimization concerns the classified storage layout of ABC materials in the warehouse and the design of logistics moving lines inside and outside the warehouse.
Personnel training: Fablog trains new and old employees to improve their skills and quality, and explains and analyzes typical cases to improve the warehouse management strategy ability;
Visual management: implement visual management specifications and form management standards for corporate culture, storage of goods, operation and safety management;
Standardized management: according to the warehouse standard management documents and standard operation documents, Fablog guides the warehouse management to improve the efficiency and quality of on-site operation;
Cold storage construction: put forward the planning scheme for calculating the required area of cold storage, designing the construction and layout of cold storage for the normal temperature warehouse of the reconstructed cold storage;
Warehouse allocation handover: Through the optimization of the handover process between the warehouse and the distribution link, Fablog has realized the improvement of the handover efficiency, the reduction of goods damage and difference, and the reduction of logistics operation costs;
On-site improvement: Fablog guides the improvement of various problems and risk points on the site.
Warehouse optimization results: Through optimization and improvement, the professional quality of the personnel in each warehouse service center has been enhanced. Fablog has improved the on-site 6S, and the storage layout in the warehouse has become more scientific. At the same time, the efficiency and quality of inbound and outbound operations have been improved, the standardized operation process has become clearer, which has further improved the corporate image, clarified the work responsibilities of each post, and formed a scientific KPI management and assessment system.
