Upon the entrustment of Kayou, Fablog conducted a comprehensive analysis and diagnosis of the production logistics in the entire plant area, raw material warehouse, semi-finished product warehouse, finished product warehouse and workshops of the old plant and the new plant Phase I and Phase II, and determined the logistics bottlenecks and problems. From the spatial layout, logistics moving line, material reversal in each process, LES function, MES function, to the offline packaging of finished products, automatic storage, and delivery to regional warehouses, as well as the plant’s direct delivery of more than 100 thousand varieties of single card picking strategies, packaging schemes, express delivery schemes, etc. on the center-line of the hundreds of thousands of products, Fablog formulated the optimization and upgrading scheme, and on-site guidance policy implementation. According to the optimized scheme, combined with the data analysis results and calculation logic, Fablog will strongly support the implementation of comprehensive automation and intelligence in the third phase of the new plant under planning.
