To diversify and improve the industrial layout, Mixue Ice Cream & Tea has decided to layout in Chengdu, the central city of the central and western economic belt and the Chengdu-Chongqing ring economic zone. The project covers an area of 131.6 mu and integrates intelligent manufacturing, deep processing of green products, import and export trade and settlement, as well as distribution, research and development, management and settlement center. After completion, the project will become the headquarters in Asia, responsible for market expansion, logistics supply, operation management and sales settlement in Southwest China, Southeast Asia and South Asia.
Fablog, the strategic service provider of logistics planning and consulting of Mixue, actively responded to the demand of Chengdu Logistics Park and warehouse planning project, and has planned 17,000m2 automatic normal temperature stereoscopic warehouse, 7,000 m2 automatic cold warehouse, 16,000m2 multi-stored warehouse to meet the market demand of the southwest area of Mixue in the next 3-5 years.
Through a large amount of data research, analysis and personnel interviews in the early stage, Fablog clarified the project planning premise, mastered the logistics status quo, and communicated the overall planning ideas.Meanwhile, through the strategic planning in the later stage and combining with the current situation, Fablog considered all planning points as a whole, conducted detailed technical design, and defined and explained all relevant technical parameters and requirements. Currently, Fablog has completed the first four stages of planning and fully supports the launch and implementation of the projects of Mixue.
