For improving cooperation with logistic companies and supply chain companies in global economic city and logistic hub, Chengdu Port and Logistic Office organized Chengdu Supply Chain Business Operation Environment and Suppliers Hub Capacity Embellishment Research. 

Fablog provide the project service for the office. We analyzed Chengdu supply chain hub capacity, addressed developing strategy and implementation, and gave strategy option which includes supply chain capacity assessment, PEST analysis, strategy planning, implementation and logistic strategy consulting.   

Chengdu, as the center of Eurasia, is not only the Chinese western aviation hub, but also the northwest railway hub. Chengdu has comprehensive transportation network which covers domestic and overseas. International airlines covers UK, USA, Moscow, Australia. In China, it has airline network, railway network, highway network, and waterway network that connect abroad. Meanwhile, as an important hub for One Belt One Road policy, Chengdu get its support from national policies that helped implementation of foreign capital introduction and facility establishment intensify.

Fablog was invited by Chengdu government in 2020, and completed <Chengdu Supply Chain Operation Environment and Supply Chain Hub Capacity Establishment Study> . The study was based on rich experiments, and combined with analysis of supply chain hub developing domestic and overseas. It also combined with national and provincial demand. The study included SWOT analysis of Chengdu supply chain capacity assessment, and PEST analysis of supply chain establishment. 6 strategy, 5 establishment measure and 3 system guarantee were addressed in the entire study.

Supply chain hub capacity assessment system was set up and Chengdu supply chain hub capacity establishment status according to three-level index.
