The Hohhot Tietong Logistics Park is located in the Jinshan Development Zone of Hohhot City, at the junction of the Hohhot West Ring Expressway and National Highway 110, covering a total area of 705 Mu. Before the start of this project, the railway logistics loading and unloading operation and shipping business process system of Hohhot Tietong Logistics Park was complete. However, at that time, there was only a small amount of railway logistics business, and road logistics business was insufficient. Therefore, there was an urgent need to vigorously develop the market and start value-added business. Therefore, Fablog was entrusted with the overall planning and design of the logistics park, repositioning the park's business and development direction in a reasonable and scientific manner.

The Fablog project team conducted research and analysis based on the market environment, geographical location, and other information of the park's location. Relying on the good location, transportation, and economic and industrial conditions of the project location, the park was planned for overall positioning: based in Hohhot, radiating the central urban area and surrounding counties, connecting the three major regions of "Northwest, Bohai Rim, and Northeast", and linking with the Frankfurt Ruyi to serve the European region. The Hohhot Tietong Logistics Park will be built into a comprehensive international level logistics park that integrates eight major functions: warehousing services, transportation and distribution, road rail intermodal transportation, factory JIT distribution, circulation and processing, information services, financial services, and supporting management offices.

Under the framework of overall positioning, the Fablog project team has determined the functional positioning, industrial positioning, radiation positioning, and business positioning of the park. Based on the various positioning of the park, they have conducted scientific, practical, and adaptable detailed planning for the park construction plan, logistics platform construction plan, development mode, project organization, investment estimation, and economic benefit analysis.

In August 2023, the first China Europe freight train successfully shipped at the Taigemu Station of the Hohhot Tietong Logistics Park, marking a pioneering achievement in the linkage between the Hohhot Comprehensive Bonded Zone and the Tietong Logistics Park. The construction of the customs supervision workplace planned by the Tietong Logistics Park has made significant progress.
