Yangpu Port is located in the center of the main international shipping routes in East Asia and Southeast Asia, adjacent to the ASEAN Free Trade Area, an important outlet of the industrial corridor in northwest Hainan, and also an important node of the national "the Belt and Road" initiative, with obvious regional advantages.
In 2022, Fablog was commissioned by the client to plan and design the 302 acre project site in Danzhou, Hainan. The project site is located west of Yangpu Avenue and north of Binhai Avenue in Yangpu Economic Development Zone, Danzhou City, with a straight-line distance of 2 kilometers from Yangpu Port.
Based on years of industry experience and combined with the analysis of the import and export trade, cross-border logistics, and the current development status of Danzhou's industry, transportation, and logistics in Yangpu Port, Fabraug proposed the strategic development positioning of the logistics park, which relies on Yangpu Port to develop port logistics and provide port based logistics, logistics, transit transportation, value-added processing, and supporting services for import and export goods. With the port park as the hub, the park radiates products to the hinterland of Hainan Mainland China and overseas markets. And the park's functional positioning of "one center, two platforms, and three functional areas" has been clarified. "One center" refers to the logistics park service center, "two platforms" refers to the digital economy service platform and intelligent logistics service platform, and "three functional areas" refer to the port and shipping logistics area, shared cloud warehouse area, and matching service area.
