Aksu Haiyuan Logistics Mall is located in Aksu City, Aksu Prefecture, Xinjiang. It covers an area of over 5000 acres and has a total investment of nearly 5 billion yuan. It has designed 21 industrial functional zones, mainly focusing on building a comprehensive large-scale commercial and logistics hub around the southern Xinjiang commercial and logistics industry ecosystem, and creating a comprehensive circulation service that integrates commercial and logistics. The Fablog team was invited to plan the overall layout and transportation routes of approximately 1570 Mu of logistics facilities.

The Fablog team designed the functional layout of the park for Haiyuan Logistics Mall based on policy environment analysis and business market demand analysis. At the same time, they developed layout plans, power line plans, and building requirements plans for the six major warehouse facilities, including the trunk distribution center, highway rail intermodal transportation center, warehousing and distribution center, e-commerce logistics center, large enterprise headquarters center, and public warehouse.

The Fablog team provided a phased construction plan for the Aksu Haiyuan Logistics Mall project based on the project development schedule. The main construction areas of Phase I include information trading center, new retail center, truck parking lot, and cold chain center. The main construction areas of Phase II include the trunk distribution center, large network enterprise center, commercial logistics center, highway railway intermodal center, agricultural means intermodal center, and railway operation area. The third phase mainly includes the construction of a mechanical equipment trading center, public warehouse, e-commerce warehouse, living/business office area, and exhibition center.

At the beginning of the project planning, it was determined to establish a logistics hub project that integrates highways, aviation, and railways, connecting southern and northern Xinjiang, southern Xinjiang and mainland China, as well as a fast track for domestic and foreign trade. It aims to create a landmark modern logistics hub in southern Xinjiang, improve the overall level of local logistics services, and reduce social logistics costs.

The park has officially started construction in early 2019, consisting of high standard warehouses, grain depots, cold storage, agricultural and specialty product exhibition centers, as well as commercial and community supporting facilities. It is a comprehensive project that integrates logistics warehousing, display and trading, transportation and distribution, commercial comprehensive buildings, office comprehensive service buildings, dormitories, residential supporting facilities, and distributed energy stations. It can be achieved by establishing public warehouses for home building materials, automotive parts, small household appliances, etc, The strategy of "attracting investment through business" has driven enterprises from various regions to gather in Aksu.
