In 2015, Jinan put forward the overall strategy of building regional economic, financial, logistics center and technological innovation center and constructing a modern Jinan adapted to economic and cultural advantages in Shandong Province, and put forward a target "modern logistics industry in Jinan should achieve a higher level, a better quality  and a larger scale of development and become a new pillar industry and an important growth point of economic development in Jinan".

As an important logistics development base in the planning of "three centers and two bases" of Jinan's logistics industry, Cuizhai Town in Jiyang is an important undertaking place of the strategic construction of "four centers" in Jinan and the “bridgehead” for undertaking the northward development of Jinan. In order to implement the strategic construction of "four centers" and to undertake the transfer of logistics industry in Jinan, Cuizhai Town entrusted Fablog Company to plan an industrial cluster area of 15 square kilometers as the undertaking and development area of logistics industry.

In the planning of 15 square kilometers logistics industrial cluster area, Fablog project team planned the functional area with the planning idea of coordinating Cuizhai's economic industries and land use status and integrating with the construction of the characteristic town. A "one center, one axis and six districts" functional system. One center is intelligent logistics industry service center, one axis is to build the development axis of urban logistics and six districts form an intelligent logistics cluster area including urban joint distribution area, commercial and trade service area, e-commerce logistics area, advanced manufacturing and processing area, highway logistics area and living and supporting area.

The project passed the review by the Jiyang County Government at the end of October 2016 and was highly recognized by local leaders. Subsequently, Fablog will continue to build the "China Smart Logistics 1st Town" goal around Cuizhai Town, providing full landing services in brand building, marketing, project investment, investment and operation.
