Shandong Lutai Logistics Co., Ltd was set up in December 2013. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lutai Holdings Group with registered capital 50 million. The company’s main business is the transportation of material and products from Luwa mine, Taiping mine and Jinwei industry park. Based on the transportation business, it develops e-business, warehouse service, transportation service, information service, trading service, equipment repairing service and supporting service.

This project integrated existing wharf, vehicles, warehouses in Lutai. Taking e-business as entry point, it aimed to establish Lutai industrial productions warehouse and delivery logistics park and set up Lutai logistics and e-business brand.

-relying on advantages of the location, economic condition and demand within the company, make it become a park that based in Jining, covers southwest Shandong, connects north China, east China and south China, and offer service nationwide.

-a provincial comprehensive logistics park that gathering warehouse and delivery, value-added service, logistics finance, information service, cross border e-business and business supporting service. Become a leader of professional logistics park in southwest Shandong as normalized, modern and large-scale park.  

Project construction scale:

The project location is located in the high-tech development zone of Jining City, Shandong Province, south of Jingyun Road and east of Xifu Road. It covers an area of about 842 acres and is divided into five major functional areas: intelligent logistics area, highway logistics port, warehouse distribution area, and express express area And business service area.

Layout of project facilities:

The operation revenue will be 209.56 million in 2024 with total cost of 76.34 million. Payback period will be 12 years. The project will help to raise logistics industrial standard, service level, and meet the urgent demand for TPL. It also transforms the traditional logistics mode and promote regional economic development and reputation. Local tax revenue will increase to over 60 million with over 3000 job offers.
