Xinjiang Haotai engineering constriction Co., Ltd raised that they intended to establish a comprehensive logistics park inside Kelamayi private technical park which including goods transportation, warehouse and delivery, and urban production delivery. It also created a new way for logistics development of local private companies. Now the logistics development in Xinjiang area is unenlightened. However, as the origin area of energy in western area and central terminal station of Eurasia Land Bridge, it is necessary to develop regional logistics.
As the well-known private company, Jianghao based on the current business and first realized the importance of logistics to regional economy. Then they delegated Fablog to do the planning for the logistics park. The project content includes market research analysis, logistics business process design, warehouse/business facility area and function definition, park layout design, infrastructure and transportation, organization structure, information system plan and investment/profit calculation. Based on detailed research, the project team analyzed regional logistics demand. They fully considered competitive relation between petrol materials stations and large-state owned enterprises to looking for cooperation and profit. Total area of the logistics park is 124,600m2 with total investment of 150 million. As the foregoer of regional logistics development, it will be a bright pearl.
