Background of the project:
The main content of park services is to provide free trade zone business services around the airport, to provide services for international and domestic trade and related businesses. The project also includes supporting facilities of the park, such as hotels and business centers. At this stage, Century Runtong Airport Logistics Park has become a modern logistics park with a new concept and high-tech equipment.
Project planning content:
Fablog is responsible for the overall conception, planning and design of the entire logistics park project, strategically positioning the park, and further designing corresponding logistics processes based on customer needs and requirements, formulating park management plans and internal management systems, and calculating costs and profits.
Draw the general layout of the logistics park for approval by the Beijing Municipal Planning Commission, and draft technical documents for reporting to the government for approval;
Provided strategic advice on the characteristics and risk factors of the logistics industry in Beijing;
Formulated the park's operation management plan and internal management system for Party A;
Provided consulting services for Party A's construction of the central information network of the park;
Assist Party A in attracting investment.
