Fablog took charge of warehouse planning/design as well as implemented production and distribution center design as follows.
Project One
Fablog took charge of strategic positioning, planning design and implementation on the 27 warehouses in Moscow of the Group, providing planning design and logistics solutions' overall draft for the production warehouse type C units stored.
Project Two
Fablog conducted location choice analysis, factory structure design, warehouse and transportation equipment design as well as organization and personnel management design for warehouses in the distribution center.
