Fablog conducted an inbound logistics planning on the whole factory of Times Technology Company's new company located in Jinan: conducting a whole planning on logistics layout of the electric welding assembly line; doing advice to adjust the process layout which interferes with logistics; doing unified planning on the flow of each flow line in workshop; carding and solving the bottlenecks generated after mainframe planned at the second phase temporarily adjusted to the workshop planned at the first phase; defining the the logistics operation process and planning on the related logistics facilities such as increasing canopies in the operation area, hardening the lawn at the door of the logistics workshop and expanding the existing logistics door's specification; standardizing logistics delivery mode and promoting the homogeneous material distribution chosen ways; conducting unified function layout planning, consolidating and adjusting several small regional storehouses spreaded in the workshop; planning on raw material feeding device/equipment as well as the flow equipment and utensils of work-in-progress during inter progress; combining the information systems function planning for future operation process requirements of the IT function module; introducing automatic logistics sorting equipment such as production system using AGV automatic feeding system and warehouse sorting using electronic label system to improve the efficiency of logistics operations and error proofing efficiency.
