China Capital Logistics co., Ltd. built on January 8, 2008, is a professional logistics management company which is set up of joint investment 50,000,000 by Beijing International Automobile Investment Co., Ltd. and Shougang International Co., Ltd. The company based in Beijing automotive industry and steel industry providing all-round integration of supply chain services, is a TPL service provider combines logistics investment management, logistics consulting management and logistics business management service.

Commissioned by China Capital Logistics co., Ltd., Fablog provides logistics consulting services for its Benz Factory located in the Beijing Yizhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone. These services include: the production park planning, sorting center layout design, distribution center layout design, the internal and external traffic flow organization, IT system planning, process design, investment, cost calculation, etc.

Through two car-the MRA and NGCC project, 6 kinds of models' basic data provided by Daimler, combining some basic assumptions, Fablog made a calculation between the sorting center area and the distribution center area and carried on the design on the total area of 260,000 square meters (392 mu)' park, helping China Capital Logistics Company to get operation needed land.

Through the field research on Germany mercedes-benz headquarters and Beijing Benz, Fablog finished the process design of sorting center and distribution center for goods from suppliers to distribution of materials to line buffer, using the MTM to calculate the cost of the whole process of sorting center on the basis of fully understanding the current situation of the customer, cutting the costs of each specific part to guide the China Capital Logistics to request for quotation to suppliers.

The project currently has finished the content of the concept design and will be into the details' design phase after the further data analysis.
