Fablog has successfully completed the planning and design work of the first phase of the Hengyang "Runze Intellegence Industrial Logistics Innovation City" cold chain logistics park, and has recently completed the delivery of the project.
Hengyang is a provincial sub central city, a land port national logistics hub carrier city, and a node city for the new land sea corridor. Adjacent to the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area to the south, it is a leading position driven by the radiation of the development of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area.
This cold chain logistics park is located around Hengyang, facing the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Bay Area, and radiating to ASEAN. It provides customers with logistics services such as cold chain warehousing, prefabricated vegetable processing, value-added processing, fruit and vegetable warehousing, cold chain urban distribution, new warehouse purchases, and import and export goods. The layout of this plan is based on the overall framework of "two centers, three platforms, and four storage areas". The "Two Centers" are the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Prefabricated Vegetable Center and the Specialty New Warehouse Purchase Center. The "three platforms" include smart logistics service platforms, digital economy platforms, and park comprehensive service platforms. The "Four Storage Areas" will be constructed with frozen storage areas, controlled atmosphere storage areas, standard storage areas, and processing storage areas.
After the completion of the park, it will cover the surrounding areas centered around Hengyang City, providing full chain services from traditional logistics basic services to warehousing and distribution, value-added processing, and other supply chains.
