Zhang Jiangbo, deputy director of the Department of Economics and Trade of the National Development and Reform Commission, comprehensively and comprehensively interpreted the background, significance, main content, development goals and actions of the National Logistics Hub Layout and Construction Plan. At the end of December last year, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Transport and other relevant departments formulated and released the “National Logistics Hub Layout and Construction Plan”, including 212 national logistics hubs, and 127 host cities with location and industrial advantages. In April this year, the “National Logistics Hub Network Construction Plan (2019-2020)” was issued, and the first batch of 15 pilot cities were coming out, which triggered strong social attention.
