In July 2016, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Land and Resources and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development jointly issued the Notice on Doing a Good Job in Demonstration Logistics Parks. Hefei Commercial Logistics Development Zone in Anhui Province ranked among them and became one of the first batch national-level "Demonstration Logistics Parks".

The former Longtang in Cuozhen Town, now the Commercial Logistics Development Zone of Hefei, is no longer the same. The annual operating sales revenue of the 7.75 square-kilometer core park of the development zone reached 29.06 billion yuan. The commercial logistics resources of "Big Hefei" collect here. According to the 13th Five-Year Plan of Cuozhen town, five years after the completion of the logistics park, its annual sales revenue will reach 50 billion, which powers “Hefei speed” and docks with “Big Hefei”.
