Accompanying the introduction and popularization of the concept of Industry 4.0, the construction of intelligent production logistics system based on information and standardization development is around the corner.

 In 2015, CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive Co., Ltd. invited Fablog Logistics Consulting Co., Ltd. to build a modern intelligent logistics system, practicing the goal of “Establishing Well-organized Logistics Operation Standards, Developing Standard Logistics Management Processes, and Cultivating Excellent Logistics Talents”, complying with the concept of lean logistics, integrating the Internet of Things technology to optimize the overall plan, eliminating wasted time and low-efficient operation procedures, which not only improves the quality, delivery time and cost of logistics operation, but also realizes lean operation and continuous improvement in the later stage.

Centralized storage area: The current warehouses are not centralized, which is not beneficial for centralized management, and the transportation cost is high since the long distribution path.

Intelligent warehouse management: Through the cooperation of information systems (WMS, and MES) and automated and intelligent logistics equipment, the operators in the warehouse will be reduced, supporting to realize the goal of “Unmanned Warehouse”.

The construction of project production plan coordination system based on the information system platform: The whole process of the project, involving the design, process, procurement, launching and shipping can realize information sharing and plan coordination.

Supply chain management: Taking CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive as the core, Fablog will build a value chain with the coordinated development of suppliers, carriers, Zhuzhou Locomotive, and consumers.
