In February 2018, the State Council officially approved Shandong comprehensive test area for new and old kinetic energy conversion and established Jinan as the pioneer area for Shandong new and old kinetic energy conversion. In order to support the development of Jinan new and old kinetic energy conversion pioneer area, Shuifa Group's Intelligent Logistics Park came into being.
Shuifa Group's Intelligent Logistics Park covers an area of about 800 mu. It is planned and constructed by Shuifa Group Co., Ltd., a wholly state-owned company funded by Shandong Provincial Government. Fablog was specially invited to conduct the concept planning for the project. In order to give full play to the demonstration role of the project, the expert team of Fablog positioned the project as a intelligent logistics park, a hub logistics park, a green logistics park and a platform logistics park.
The aim is to build an intelligent logistics park integrated with multimodal transport, consolidation and distribution, circulation processing, futures delivery, urban joint distribution, supply chain finance etc. by making full use of the advantages of Shuifa Group, relying on the railway resources of the park, facing commercial markets, logistics parks and industrial parks, using “Internet + Logistics + Finance” as the support and being hub, platform, intelligent and green.
