The International Logistics Development Center of Jinan High-tech Zone was established in January 2017. It is an important carrier for the implementation of the task of the construction of the regional logistics center which is one of the “four-center construction” in Jinan. And it is an important part of the linkage development of the three regions of the airport economic zone. The International Logistics Development Center is located in the south of Jinan International Airport and Xiaoqing River, about 15 kilometers away from the main city of Jinan, and the land area carrying the logistics industry is about 90 square kilometers. It is also close to Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport, Qingyin Expressway, Jiqing Expressway, Belt Expressway, light rail, Xiaoqing River Channel, and high-speed railway Xindong Station. It has seamless connection conditions for highways, high-speed railways, intercity railways, airports, waterways and light rails.

Project positioning: Jinan High-tech Zone International Logistics Development Center Park is positioned as International Lianyungang, Innovative Service Port, Characteristic Industry Port and Air Business Port. And it has seamless intermodal transport as its feature, global interconnected information service as its tool, characteristic industries and logistics innovation as its driving force. The aim of International Logistics Development Center is to   build a national logistics innovation pioneer area, Jinan logistics industry leading area, regional supply chain coordination core area.

Spatial layout planning: One corridor, two zones and six areas. The airport road is the main corridor. Xiaoqing River divides the Park into two zones: South and North, and the six areas include innovative logistics leading area, aviation logistics development area, e-commerce logistics demonstration area, manufacturing intelligent logistics area, multi-modal transport area and airport integrated service area.
