Fuhanxing International Group Co., Ltd. is a professional bonded warehouse logistics service provider. It was established with the approval of Shenzhen Free Trade Zone Administration and approved by the Industrial and Commercial Department and a Shenzhen-foreign joint venture logistics service company registered with Shenzhen Customs. Since its establishment in 1996, the company has developed into a group enterprise with 11 subsidiaries that integrates functions such as warehousing, import and export trade, international freight, and logistics solution design. Headquartered in Shenzhen, covering the whole country, providing bonded logistics services in Hong Kong, Futian, Yantian, Qianhai, Guangzhou, Suzhou, Shanghai, and Nantong; the company has 80,000 square meters of warehouses and 10,000 square meters of container stacks in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and other places There are 550 self-provided freight vehicles such as container trucks, vans, vans, etc. At the same time, there are nearly 1,000 cooperative professional Hong Kong and Macao transport vehicles.

Zhumadian Highway Logistics Port is located in the Modern Logistics Park section of the Zhumadian Industrial Agglomeration District, about 8 kilometers from the Zhumadian urban area, and close to the south exit of Zhumadian on the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macau Expressway. The city's main road is Zhongyuan Avenue in the west, 107 National Road in the east, Ruhe Avenue in the south, and Dongqin Road in the north. The park enjoys a good traffic location and good natural conditions.

The first phase of the project has a construction area of 300 acres. It will mainly build a logistics information center, management service center, smart parking lot, e-commerce experience store, stowage information department, and auto repair department. It is planned to start at the end of 2014 and put into operation in the second half of 2015.

Relying on the superior local traffic conditions and economic and industrial foundation, the logistics port has been established to serve the local, serve southern Henan and Central Plains economic circle, and radiate the central region, and integrate highway freight hubs, cargo distribution and distribution, urban distribution services, and less-than-truckload freight services. The open, advanced, and comprehensive modern logistics park that integrates logistics processing and supporting warehousing services, commodity display transactions, logistics finance, and information services has become a model for the construction of a logistics park in the central region.

The project is carried out in four phases and all work has now been completed.

Based on the characteristics of the case and the advantages of the proposed land, the six target markets were analyzed from the four aspects of location traffic environment analysis, company strategic development analysis, urban overall planning analysis, and economic and industrial environment.

• Phase two: overall positioning of the project

 According to the results of the first stage analysis, combined with Party A's actual situation, the logistics strategic positioning and functional positioning of the project were determined.

• The third stage: spatial layout planning

Functional zoning plan, park road system requirements plan, transportation organization plan, and draw the overall functional layout of the park.

• The fourth stage: economic benefit analysis and operation plan design

Park operation plan, logistics information platform demand plan, project logistics investment and profit estimation.
