Function Orientation of the Park:

(1)Urban distribution function

This function means to do some urban distribution from the park to Beijing or Tianjing area and offer electronic commerce enterprise some personalized service, integrate information resources concerned with the goods in the park, building joint distribution system so as to reduce distribution costs and to reduce the electronic commerce enterprise's investment in the logistics facilities.

 (2) Commercial logistics function

The products' fair and trade business will be one of the most important business functions derived from logistics in future. The park relied on the development of the capital economic circle can attract diversity of supply chain downstream firms and commercial enterprises stationing in and carrying out business transactions as well as building materials and metals, construction machinery, farm machinery, Automobiles & Components fair & trade functions.

 (3) Warehousing services

This function mainly means to do storage, management, maintenance work on the goods entering the logistics park; to build warehouses or storage yards which have the appropriate function level according to different industries and business lines' storage and processing traits and needs.

 (4)Circulation processing function

Distribution procession function is a kind of logistics service function very important in the process of commodity circulation provided for adapting to market demand changes, meeting the end consumer needs, saving transportation resources, improving logistics operation efficiency, reducing material losses and ensuring products' performance and quality more flexibly and more fluently. As for this project, packaging, segmentation, metering, sorting, assembly functions are all included in circulation functions.

(5)Information services

Logistics business operation concerned with many departments such as functional government departments:bank, tax administration, insurance, traffic and foreign trade etc. It provides an information sharing and exchanging system among different functional government departments by building integrated information system, promoting the development of e-government, facilitating the establishment of collaborative work mechanism among different government departments so as to improve the operational efficiency of the whole area logistics system. To build logistics public information platform and do perfect logistics information network construction, combing the logistics industry development zone, logistics enterprise and customers together is necessary. Through the information system, work efficiency and accuracy can be improved, a lot of complex task can be accomplished: logistics status query, logistics process tracking, factors of logistics information records and analysis, logistics customer relationship management, logistics decision support, billing, taxes and other document processing etc.

This project will provide enterprises and individuals in the area with door to door supply service.
