Fablog was invited to continuously optimize and improve logistics at FAW Volkswagen Plant 1, in order to achieve resource optimization, personnel skills improvement, production increase, and establish a systematic logistics training system. Fabregas provides logistics audit certification and training services for FAW Volkswagen Plant 1, including program review, logistics planning training, logistics consulting, logistics planning methods and management standard recommendations.
Fabraug was commissioned by FAW International Logistics Center to continuously improve and optimize FAW Volkswagen Plant 1. The content of logistics improvement is:
1. Conduct a plan review on the layout of the CKD center, preliminary logistics resources, and IT demand plan.
2. Provide logistics planning training to relevant employees of the Planning and Technology Department.
3. Organize the packaging basic data of the CKD center project.
4. Provide training to on-site operators.
5. Provide logistics planning training to employees of the Planning and Technology Department.
6. Provide training for logistics planning and management personnel.
7. Conduct a plan review of the relevant technical documents of the CKD center process team
8. Provide logistics consulting services for other projects in the international logistics center.
9. Preparation for the production ramp up of the CKD center project.
10. Assist the project team in introducing advanced logistics planning and management standards and methods.
11. Assist the project team in establishing a systematic training system and standards.
