Production logistics planning and construction were carried out through three aspects, and the task was successfully completed in the context of the epidemic.
In terms of supply logistics, based on production planning, carry out functional deployment and drive logistics planning; Identify node issues in the logistics execution process and output key process control nodes. In terms of production and after-sales logistics: clarify the importance of logistics planning, introduce logistics planning logic, logistics audit methods, lean logistics development methods, etc., start from the decomposition of CRRC Qingdao Sifang logistics system and overall strategy, benchmark the architecture of the industry, add logistics KPI key business indicators, guide with logistics plans, collaborate with production sites, and ensure balanced operations. In terms of logistics optimization and improvement: Diagnose more than 100 on-site logistics problems, classify and summarize more than ten problems, with the goal of ultimately solving the problems, develop short-term solution strategies, and enable collaborative departments to collaborate; In order to improve the operation and management of logistics on-site, packaging, team parks, visualization, and logistics costs were selected as research topics, and ultimately formed improvement results.
As of the end of May, the entire project is nearing its end, and the addition of Fabraug has not only improved CRRC's logistics planning and operational management, but also provided practical and effective methods for on-site production.
