Opple Lighting cooperated with Fablog logistics consulting (Beijing) Ltd. in order to develop an advanced and sophisticated logistics solution for the newly planned Suzhou factory.
Project background:
Opple Lighting is going to set up a new factory at Suzhou. Major products will be light panel, energy saving lamp, little lamp, square lamp,etc.
In order to set up a modern factory also logistics has to be included in the planning stage. Logistics nowadays is very important in terms of in-house cost efficiency as well as and customer satisfactions in terms of product and delivery quality. Therefore Opple Lighting is cooperating with fablog logistics consulting (Beijing) Ltd. in order to develop an advanced and sophisticated logistics solution for the new Suzhou factory.
Project content：
Fablog focuses on raw material warehouse and material transport to production, and finished goods warehouse and transport to warehouse from production. That will mainly include the storing and material handling / flow in the warehouses as well as the connecting production plant. According to the time schedule construction started in 2012. According to data analysis, concept planning and detailed planning, The offered option is about technical / organizational planning of “Raw material warehouse”, technical / organizational planning of “Finished goods warehouse”and architectural requirements for building construction (FG).
