Introduction：Mindray company cooperated with fablog logistics consulting (Beijing) Ltd. in order to do the planning for its logistics park, plant and warehouse .Furthermore, the inhouse WH planning (row materials & FG) and plant logistics planning ( line-feeding, FG transport, etc) should be offered.

Mindray plans to establish the 1st phase of new production park construction (GuangMing industrial Park) in the June 2013. the target area (totally empty) is about 104305 Sqm. The plant in new industrial park will serve global market, thus all the  products should be strictly following government’s regulation of different countries such like China,USA, Euro-Union, etc. the major products include below four groups (biological message therapy apparatus 、 clinical laboratory machine、 EPOCH LTC 、 radio-autography  machine) . Mindray need the independent logistics planning to ensure well-organized industrial park in which row materials WH, production logistics, and finished good WH be proper arranged. Furthermore, the inhouse WH planning (row materials & FG) and plant logistics planning ( line-feeding, FG transport, etc.) should be offered.
