In February 2013, Fablog was commissioned by Weichai Power to do unified planning and implementation support on its spare parts global distribution center for meeting its 10 billion yuan sales model and management structure as well as its rapid development of business after implementation.
This company is in charge of the selling operation of all spare parts from Weichai Power Joint-stock Company. In the light of rational, scientific, advanced logistics concepts, Fablog mainly conducted the following plannings: spare parts distribution center internal layout planning, packaging standardization planning and distribution center external logistics planning, personnel & equipment planning.
