- Organizing packaging basic data for CKD Center project
- Training on the site operation staffs
- Training on logistics planning staffs and managers
- Solution evaluation on related technical documents of the technology group of CKD Center
- Logistics consulting on other projects of international logistics center
- The preparation of ram up period work of CKD Center project
- The introduction of advanced standards and methods of logistics planning and management, cooperated with project team
- The establishment of systematic training system and standards, cooperated with project team
- The site improvement work, cooperated with technology group of the project team
- Improvement suggestions on truck control of CKD project
- Check the operation process and put forward suggestions for improvement in a timely manner
- Improvement suggestions on Factory I's equilibrium goods requirements
- Provide production run problem spot of CKD Center and offer suggestions for continual improvement of the warehouse
