Established in 1938, Wafangdian Bearing Group is the birthplace of China’s bearing industry, with 9 major manufacturing bases at home and abroad, 10 business divisions and 26 wholly-owned and holding subsidiaries. Wafangdian Bearing Group has ZWZ and KRW two major bearing brands. Adopting international standards, it can produce more than 20,000 kinds of bearing products with an inner diameter of 20 mm to an outer diameter of 16 meters and various accuracy levels mainly used in industrial equipment, rail transit, automobile vehicles, wind power new energy and special fields.

The Wafangdian Bearing Group has national large-scale bearing engineering technology research centers, national enterprise technology centers and bearing testing centers, as well as European R&D centers and American R&D centers overseas. It has established a technological innovation platform such as simulation calculation, material, lubrication and testing. In November, Wafangdian Bearing Group overcame the technical difficulties of bearing rollers of silicon steel Sendzimir rolling mill, broke the situation that the product has been monopolized by foreign bearing enterprises, replaced imports, and successfully realized localization. As the company continues to grow, Wafangdian Bearing Group hopes to carry out a diagnostic analysis of the existing finished product logistics and find out its optimization direction. It also calculates how large a finished product warehouse is needed to meet the increase in production over the next five years, so that companies can plan ahead for rapid changes in the market.

Fablog starts the optimization of the current warehouses and planning the future area demand for the finished product. Based on the current enterprise products, inventory, storage data, finished product warehousing operation process, current sales, inventory data, and future sales and storage, the project provide warehouse storage, inventory optimization plan, matching warehouse area scheme, and suggestions for improving operation efficiency. The project start-up meeting has been held on October 17 at Wafangdian Bearing Group, and the project team has completed the investigation and diagnosis of the existing warehouse, operation process, and will come to the optimization of the finished product warehouse.
