Recently, the inbound logistics planning project of SANY started smoothly. In the next few months, Fablog will thoroughly and scientifically plan the inbound logistics of SANY plant to improve the transparency and visualization of the entire process of its supply chain logistics system.
For this project, Fablog formed a core team and completed all preparations in a short period of time. During the one-month investigation, Fablog focused on Trinity's off-site logistics, raw material warehouse, semi-finished product warehouse, finished product warehouse and spare parts warehouse, etc., combed the investigation, identified the current problems and bottlenecks, and identified key issues. Formulate analytical conclusions. The first phase of work is currently proceeding in an orderly manner.
