Editor’s note: Yiwu International Landport Group Co., Ltd delegated Fablog to plan and design “Yiwu domestic road port logistics center” (phase I) in 2015 and put into operation before May Day this year. It is the largest single logistics center for road port in China. It covers digitized smart management, high standard stereometric formula logistics facilities, double-deck freight stereo-traffic. Highway is connecting with the park directly which means trucks could reach each loading point with seamless transition. The park will lead the transformation and upgrading of domestic road port. The traffic pressure will be relieved and becomes new benchmark of modern digitize road port logistics center.
 
AS one of the ten landmark projects of “benchmarking free trade area and implement test area” in Yiwu, Zhejiang, Yiwu domestic road port logistics center (phase I) was put into operation on 30th April. It is a significant industrial project for Zhejiang province, and also an important carrier for a new round of modern transition and upgrading in Yiwu. It is not only the big move for resource allocation innovation in domestic logistics area, but also an endogenetic impetus for establishment of Yiwu “world warehouse” and consolidation of the advantages of price. It signifies Yiwu domestic logistics had made a large step from high-speed development to high-quality development. Comprehensive competitive ability, gathering and radiating capacity has been upgraded.

Yiwu domestic road port logistics center is the largest single logistics hub project in China. It is located on north of Sihai avenue and express way from port, south of Longhai road and the two sides of Shengda street. Planning area is 744 mu with 2.715 billion total investments. Phase I takes 557 mu area with 1.9 billion investments. This project takes entity platform as base, informatization as its core, improved by logistics finance, integrates social logistics resource, carrying out multimodal transport. It is a modern logistics concentration and service platform with complete logistics function, fast logistics information and outstanding logistics service. The construction and operation of this project will optimize industry structure and function layout of domestic logistics area in Yiwu. And also improves a new development pattern with industrial concentration, land consolidation, function integration that lead Yiwu domestic logistics industry to healthy, standard and sustainable development.
 
 
Yiwu insists to take logistics industry as an important acting point of market transformation and upgrading and breakthrough of reform and innovation. As the city layout adjustment, market scale expands, the problems is coming out day by day, such as lagging of domestic logistics infrastructure, low service level, lack of innovation, and “low-loose-weak” problems, which raise pressure to Yiwu traffic and affect improvement of city’s quality. Yiwu show the improvement combination of logistics companies in the second half of 2018.

Domestic road port logistics center is a livelihood project for Yiwu domestic logistics industry. It helps to upgrade Yiwu city energy level and core competitiveness. And able to drive city quality development.  Since the project start stage, as the construction and operation subject, and under the instruction of Yiwu government and Committee of Yiwu Commerce and Service Industry Cluster District, Yiwu International Landport Group Co., Ltd focused on “earlier investment can maximum the livelihood”, and assisted with several departments. They had clear goal and tasks allocation, full energy and sprint spirit to create the “Yiwu speed” and “Yiwu quality”. They finished the construction of domestic road port logistics center (phase I) LTL express area and realize the aim which the project will be put into operation in May.
