In 2005, China General Administration of Railways published the opinion of improving railway modern logistic development. It is clearly stated that to improve the transformation of railway freight and play key role for social logistic system. Fablog was invited to provide logistic strategy frame planning and set up railway logistic park criterion system. Project team made modern developing frame and establishment requirement, scale requirement based on benchmarking of German railway developing strategy, operation pattern, logistic park’s function, layout and multimodal transportation. Meanwhile, function design requirement, function layout, operation pattern, supporting requirement and information requirement is addressed as well. On the other hand, Fablog was also coordinate The Third Railway Survey and Design Institute to complete railway modern logistic center establishment guide and issued to whole railway administration.
