China Railway Construction Corp. desired to build a modern large-scale logistics park which covers an area of 3,000 mu in Fushan Industry Park located in Zhuhai City of Guangdong Province. The park can provide integration logistics service which takes multimodal transport, diversified warehousing and information management as core business for its own business and social logistics demands among its influence range.
Through the logistics demands analysis on the leading industry, key industry, competitive industries in Fushan Industry Park area and the analysis on the characteristics of competitive logistics facilities, we make the strategic positioning of this project from three levels, that is to say, we will make the logistics park:
Regional high-speed rail equipment, steel structures, ore, home appliances, automobile hub, circulation processing center ;
regional electronic products, building materials, feed radiation center;
local industrial accessories, auto parts, feed distribution center, feeding port and auxiliary port of high hurdles port as well as the import and export goods, container cargo customs bonded area.
The logistics park is based on Zhuhai and west area of Pearl River Delta, serving the Pearl River Delta economic circle and Mid-South Region.
