Shandong Hongjia Group (Co.,Ltd) was established in 1991. It owns 8 sole proprietorships. The business include real estate development, decoration engineering, property management, landscaping, hotel, entertainment with total registered capital of 200 million. It is one of the Shandong large-scale private enterprise. Now the company intend to participate in logistics field from the strategic level. The company invest an area over 666666 m2 for Hongyuan logistics park.

The project land is farmland with less ground attachment which is easy for development. The transportation is quite good. It could connect Changshen highway, Xinlu-Shentong highway by 101, 304 national highway and S303 provincial highway. It is faster to arrive Shenyang, Changchun, Dalian and Beijing.

Planning:

Fablog divided the planning into two phases by consideration of the recent national policy and local situation:

Phase 1 is to analyze local market, competitors’ situation, and recent market advantages via field research. Then made overall orientation, business model, profit mode analysis, investment and income analysis.
