Fablog Logistics Consulting (Beijing) Ltd. was commissioned by Hankey Investment Group to do logistics planning and consulting services on Hankey Logistics Park Project which covers an area of 431 mu. After setting up the special project, doing some field research on Erdos and around, full analyzing the current situation and business foundation of the current Ordos market, considering the Hankey Group internal business function, size, and third-party logistics scale of demand in Erdos, Fablog confirmed the following logistics strategic positioning and logistics service function positioning.

Strategic positioning

The park will provide abundant businesses, including material type: common products, raw vegetables, deli meats, pastries, alcohol and tobacco, knitwear textiles, flowers & gifts business in storage, cold storage, storage, sorting, processing, distribution, e-commerce transactions; and varies aided special logistics service businesses such as: Luxury goods logistics, express logistics and flower logistics.
