The terminal sales business of China Mobile terminal company has developed a lot since built in April, 2011 with stair-step increasing mode. Since the foundations, sales modes and storage logistics modes of each province branches were different, now even the headquarter of the terminal company cannot plan and direct the storage logistics system from an overall perspective. With the continuous expansion of business scale, the existing logistics system exposed problems in the operation and cannot meet the needs of business development. Currently, low warehousing and logistics services capacity has become a bottleneck restricting the company's rapid growth.

Through investigation, the current main problems of the terminal company are summarized by Fablog as follows:

1.Variety of product types, a variety of sales channels, multiple logistic model with no logistics integration and unified planning, resulting in higher logistics costs, inefficient logistics and uneven service levels.
2.Unpaired logistics network system, different provinces take different warehouse logistics modes, no unified whole network planning.
3.No unified logistics information platform, can not track the information of the arrival procurement, real-time inventory information query in the database, while monitoring the transport process can not be achieved.
4.The headquarters did not set up a unified, standardized system, including: no warehouse site selection criteria at all levels; self-built or outsourcing warehouse; warehouse internal operation management, the selection of logistics providers and transportation route planning.

Based on the customer's situation and needs, combined with its future development goals, fablog developed a series of solutions to help customers achieve the following objectives:

First, improved the management layout(estimated the number of the warehouse, layout and scale, cleared demand for warehouse and ancillary facilities, integrated multi-product logistics
