Fablog provides logistics automation solutions for new factories for the world's top ultra pure silicon wafer manufacturer, Shichuang Electronics, including production data analysis, raw material and buffer zone design, automation function design, and functional layout drawing preparation.
The factory involved in this project produces semiconductors for 300mm chips. Fablog's task is to design automation solutions for production logistics in newly built factories. The main job responsibilities include:
Production data analysis: Analyze product types, quantities, and production processes to determine planning patterns, track existing processes and equipment details, material flow diagrams, and planning;
Raw materials and buffer zone dimensions: number of machine equipment and buffer zone worker workstations, number of buffer zones;
Automation area design plan: feasibility and necessity assessment, defining automation plan and installation steps;
Preliminary plan layout and automation solution: design ground stacking layout and logistics process planning, machine equipment plan, draft layout of transportation system, maximum plan for each assembly line, local solutions for each workstation of each assembly line, and specific step description of raw material supply process;
Solution evaluation: Feasibility evaluation, comprehensive evaluation of economic calculation automation solutions, and drawing conclusions.
Finally, through discussion with the client, the optimal solution is determined.
