Fablog optimized the function area layout and production process of the three workshops, and planed the raw material storage area and finished product warehouse in the workshop, so as to help customers improve production efficiency, reduce inventory holding cost and realize more reasonable flow of materials in the workshop.

Thysen-kld group provides products and services such as photoelectric temperature measurement system, photoelectric stress sensing system, photoelectric security system, arc light protection system of power grid, electric energy equipment, active filter and intelligent power grid equipment R & D and sales, as well as electronic-mechanical integration R & D and sales. At present, it is building a modern industrial park covering an area of 33000 ㎡ in Kunshan, and has built  6000 ㎡  Production workshop in the new park.

In order to better arrange production, improve production efficiency, reduce inventory holding cost, and make the flow and use of materials in the production workshop more reasonable, the company invited fablog to optimize the functional area layout and production organization process of the three workshops, plan the raw material storage area and finished product warehouse in the workshop, so as to meet the current and future development needs of the enterprise.

Project content:

After the start of the project, Fablog conducted a comprehensive investigation and Analysis on the site. Through the corresponding investigation on its products and production, we fully understood the product situation, customer order situation, warehouse status and future demand of the customer company. The work includes:

1: Data analysis, mainly for the data provided by customers to calculate the relevant data, so as to get the area demand and personnel and equipment demand.

2: Workshop&warehouse layout, mainly for the production process of customers to provide the optimal production process layout, to meet the production demand and improve production and logistics efficiency.

3: Visual management, for the new workshop and warehouse to develop a comprehensive visual program, standardize production and logistics operations.

4: Process planning, combing the existing process, formulating and optimizing new operation process, standardizing operation and improving efficiency.

The project has been put into operation for many years, and the customers are very satisfied with the planning services provided by fablog, and a number of projects have been implemented subsequently.
