Southwest Salt AG Germany(a company belonged to SWS), headquartered in Heilbronn, Germany, is an important producer of vacuum salt and rock salt throughout Germany. This company was founded in 1971, merged by AG Company of Heilbronn and Salz Company of Southwest German. The two biggest shareholders of the Company owned 46.6% and 45% market share (as of May 2008) in Heilbronn and Baden Wuerttemberg. The company had 1,077 employees(with affiliated company), and had annual sales of about 237 million euros in 2008.
