Design of production warehouse and development of production logistics concept.
Pieces of Chinese medicine traditional technology are particularity. The seven main process roughing, cutting, processing drugs, rinsing moistening, drying, moistening fine and packaging must be closely connected. And every process need plan the layout by their logistics volume. Timely supply to the line and the connection between (semi) finished products also base on the reasonable layout. Fablog’s job is to use the modern logistics concept and advanced data analysis methods to reasonably assign the workers and equipments, provide a comprehensive solution to make the whole process more efficient and accurate.
The contents of our goals include:
- Design and optimize the warehouses based on the maximum volume rate for raw material warehouse, packing material warehouse, finished goods warehouse and semi-finished goods warehouse.
- For the new warehouse: design the layouts for the work stations, logistics functional zone, management of workers and management of equipments.
- Redesign the material flow. (From inbound to production line to outbound)
- From the logistics side, combine with material flow; provide suggestions and IT solutions for information flow.
- Make a budget for the investment on equipments and IT system.
