Commissioned by JAC Logistics Company, Fablog Logistics Consulting (Beijing) Co., Ltd. made reasonable suggestions on its heavy truck warehouse's layout and distribution mode, made packaging and appliance recommendations, IT process planning and other calculations on personnel and equipment.
Through Fablog Project team's analysis and investigation on JAC Logistics' heavy truck warehouse, we knew that JAC Logistics Company needs to improve the existing logistics operation mode for better serve the OEMs.
According to the requirements of the customer, Fablog redefined the storage location area for each supplier, each functional area material's placement, area of operations, logistics, distribution channels, logistics operation process optimization and so on.
Within the existing warehouse we added high shelf, firstly, that can save warehouse space, the area can be freed up to do other work, and secondly, the material can be integrated to facilitate the operation of the staff, in the existing distribution lines we did a route optimization, saving delivery time and improving the efficiency of logistics operations.
